The Linn County Bar Association’s Summer Outing, set for Thursday, July 8, is quickly approaching! Please remember to return your postcard RSVPs (plus the separate postcard if you’re golfing) as soon as possible. If you’ve lost your postcards, you can also register via telephone by calling Amy at Luneckas & Newhouse at 294-8777.
There is a terrific itinerary planned, from the morning 3.25 hour CLE at Coe College, to the afternoon bike and golfing events, to the evening supper and other festivities at Hunter’s Ridge Golf Course. Please remember, only members who have paid their LCBA 2009-2010 dues are eligible to attend Summer Outing activities. For those who need information on paying their dues, click here: Dues.
The CLE will be held from 8:00 – 11:30 a.m. at Dows Fine Arts Center at Coe College. Registration will be from 7:30 – 8 a.m., and a continental breakfast will be available. The CLE agenda is as follows:

Application will be made for 3.25 credit hours, including 1.5 ethics hours.
The golf and biking events will both take place in the afternoon following the CLE. Details regarding both events will be sent to those who register for the events. Supper will follow at Hunter’s Ridge Golf Course, with refreshments served at 5:30 p.m. and supper beginning at 6:30 p.m. Many contests and door prizes will be available.
