The next meeting of the Linn County Bar Association will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. at the Cedar Rapids Museum of Art on Third Avenue SE across from Greene Square Park. The meeting room is located on the third floor. Parking is available behind the building on the Second Avenue side. The speakers will be Jim Kringlen from Iowa Legal Aid, Jenny Schulz from Kids First and Frank Camp and Ann Naffier from Justice for Our Neighbors. They will be speaking about what their organizations do, how the funding from the LCBA helps them, updates as to the growth of their organizations in the past couple of years, and how others can get involved with their organizations to assist.
Lunch is $10.00 and will be catered by Zaytoon Mediterranean Grill.
Chicago Gyro Sandwich (Beef/lamb served on a 6” pita, with tzatziki sauce, tomato, and onion)
