The Iowa State Bar Association Committee on Ethics and Practice Guidelines issued an Opinion on June 18 regarding handling and destruction of flood-damaged files. The Ethics Opinion can be viewed here.

From Linn County Emergency Management: All traffic court trials and small claims trials other than evictions scheduled through July 5, 2008, are cancelled. The court will reset the trials and notify parties of the new trial dates.

The Sixth Judicial District issued an Administrative Order on June 16, 2008 implementing a disaster relocation plan for the courts of Linn County. The Order can be viewed here: Administrative Order. The Order indicates it will be amended as needed. It is advised to monitor the LCBA website frequently for updates.
UPDATE: The administrative order states the wrong phone number for the Linn County Clerk of Court. The correct phone number is: (319) 462-4341.
