The United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa has implemented a staged Continuity of Operations (COOP) response to the flooding in downtown Cedar Rapids and has closed the court site located at 101 First Street S.E.
Clerk’s Office and court operations will relocate to: 4200 C Street SW, CEDAR RAPIDS IA 52404-7459
Services and operations during the week of June 16 – 20, 2008 will be extremely limited.
Throughout this COOP response/relocation, the court‘s electronic CM/ECF system will remain available for electronic filing and research. Non-emergency conventional filings* should be mailed to the court‘s
