The annual LCBA Last Chance Ethics Seminar, which is free to all dues-paid LCBA members, will be presented Thursday, December 8 from 3-5 p.m. via Zoom. The CLE will include two presentations:
(1) At 3:00: “The Disciplinary Cases You Didn’t See” by Tara M. van Brederode, Director of Attorney Discipline & Administrator, Attorney Disciplinary Board, Iowa Supreme Court Office of Professional Regulation
(2) At 4:00 a presentation on “Attorney Expiration Dates: The Ethical Implications of Age and Illness” by Sixth Judicial District Judges Christopher Bruns and Fae Hoover-Grinde.
