The firm represents immigrants in family-based and humanitarian petitions, such as asylum-seekers and victims of domestic violence. Malott Law also represents immigrants in immigration court and in immigration-related state court proceedings. The associate attorney position is salaried (commensurate with experience), eligible for health and dental benefits and paid time off.
