The Iowa Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Marion at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at the Marion High School auditorium (675 South 15th Street). Oral arguments are open to the public. The Linn County Bar Association is sponsoring a public reception with the justices following oral arguments. The reception will take place in the high school library.

The case being argued is Simranjit Singh v.
