Join us August 13 at 6 pm on a Bike Ride for Wellness Wednesday!

Hello 6th Judicial District lawyers! A reminder to please join us for our “Wellness Wednesday” event Wednesday, August 13 at 6 p.m.  We will be going on a 15 mile group bike ride starting at Greene Square Park, Cedar Rapids

Our wellness events are not intended to be races; they are an opportunity to get some fitness and enjoy some positivity and connection. Feel free to bring friends and family to ride with us!

Plus, each week you join us for wellness, you can take home a piece of ISBA swag as a reward for your efforts and go into a drawing for a $25 gift card (one per week to be given).

Below is the full Wellness Wednesday schedule --note each walk can be reduced to less than a 5K, e.g. one loop instead of two or a midway loop to head back to start.

 Wednesday, August 6 at 7 a.m.:  5K walk starting at Prairie Park Fishery, Cedar Rapids

Wednesday, August 13 at 6 p.m.:  15 mile bike ride starting at Greene Square Park, Cedar Rapids

Wednesday, August 20 at 7 am:  5K walk starting at City Park, Iowa City

Wednesday, August 27 at 6 p.m.:  15 mile bike ride starting at Linn-Mar High School, Marion
