LCBA members, please join us for our kickoff bar meeting of our 2025–2026 term, today from 12 to 1 PM at Waypoint, 318 5th Street, Cedar Rapids.   

We’d love to have a great turnout for our guest speakers, a panel of local court reporters to share with you behind-the-scenes information of the inner workings of our courtrooms and arm you with valuable info that will be indispensable in your trial practice. CLE approval will be sought. Not a trial lawyer? Come anyway. Bar meeting attendance is great for personal and professional growth. See your friends and make new ones!

Even if you didn’t RSVP, come on over! We even often have leftover lunches so bring your $10 just in case! (or don’t — you can BYOL or just attend but don’t eat -- there is no charge for bar members to just attend the meeting)
